A.個案公司外部揭露資訊導讀:
1.公司財務報表(包含會計循環)
2.公司查核報告
3.公司股東會
4.公司法說會
5.公司企業社會責任報告書
B.會計舞弊之發生始末及偵測機制。
A. The introduction and reading of the external disclosure information of the case company:
1. Company financial statements(including accounting cycle)
2. Company auditing reports
3. Company shareholder meetings
4. Company investor conference
5. Corporate Social Responsibility Reports
B. The occurrence and detection mechanism of accounting fraud.
★ In the first Semester of 110 academic year,the weekly schedule is adjusted to 16+2,and the 17th and 18th weeks are flexible supplementary teaching 

Grading Policy:	(Flexible adjustment)
1. Daily grades ratio: 40% (including design thinking/guiding corporate outside reporting and attendance)
2. Mid-Term Exam ratio: 20% 
3. Group meeting ratio: 10%
4. Shooting a video ratio: 30%
